The hall hire charge includes hall heating and free use of the water boiler or kettle, crockery and cutlery, and washing up by hand. There are supplementary charges (see below) for the use of the dishwasher, cooker etc.
The standard rates per hire (up to a maximum of four hours) are as follows, with effect from 1st October 2025:
- £16 for regular users*
- £25 for casual users
- £50 for trade and political users
- £250 for full-day priority booking, e.g. for national or local elections
Longer hires will be calculated pro rata for each additional two-hour period.
A weekend rate is available by negotiation
Supplementary charges:
- £5 per hire for use of dishwasher
- £20 per hire for full use of kitchen
* A regular user is one that uses the Hall at least once per quarter
