Tomorrow, Saturday 10 January, 7.30pm at Jubilee Hall: Barn Dance, very informal, great fun for all ages, no experience or talent needed, casual clothes and comfortable shoes… with live musicians and a leader who will guide us through the steps; there’ll be a licensed bar, pot-luck snacks (pls bring a plate of something to share), great music, great dancing, a great evening out… Adults £6; children £4 (primary-age and below); family £15 (maximum 4 people, of whom no more than 2 adults). Tickets at the door – come and dance, or just come and watch!

Pilates has resumed – it’s at the hall every Tuesday at noon – anyone can turn up; beginners welcome. If you aren’t sure about it, why not come along and “sit in” on a session and see if you want to sign up? – more info
Table tennis is now twice a week; open to all (there’s no membership system); just pop in and leave anytime within the period: Tuesdays 7pm – approx 10pm (£2/head incl. tea & biscuits); Sundays 11.15am – approx 1pm (£1/head) – more info
