I am the last of my kind. Let them pursue me to the ends of the earthโ€ฆ I shall be waiting.

Following the success of Davidโ€™s first show, Great Expectations, Dracula was born. Now, almost ten years on, itโ€™s time for the Count to rise once more…

Beware. He is unearthed. And he is coming. Keep your windows locked and hang up the garlic!

Written and performed in our inimitable and irreverent style, this brand-new adaptation of Stoker’s famous gothic horror brings you a better and bloodier, one-man performance of Dracula: the Vampyr!

There are Bats. And more bats. Garlic and gore galore. Vicious Vampirellas and a psychiatrist who smokes a pipe!

Be warned: this monstrous, unnatural and utterly batty tale of the undead will thrill and beguile you!

Itโ€™s Dark! Itโ€™s Disturbing! Itโ€™s Daft!

Suitable for adults and older children (12+)

Loosely based on the story by Bram Stoker and adapted by Andrew McPherson
Script by Simon Harvey and David Mynne
Directed by Simon Harvey  (Assistant Director Millie Jones)
Performed by David Mynne
Tour co-ordinated by Millie Jones

“Mynne’s performance is exquisite: a masterclass in the telling of tales, it needs to be seen.” Ciaran Clarke: Arts End of Nowhere

Events organised by the hall management committee are included in the ‘Upcoming Events‘ page
